Twice a year, the Tellus Group conducts an employee survey to track and analyze trends in employee satisfaction and well-being over time. The results serve as a basis for dialogue and reflection during workplace meetings, where employees and managers work together to develop action plans and decide on any measures needed to strengthen and further improve the work environment.

The 2025 fall employee survey (conducted in October–November) shows that the Tellus Group continues to achieve very good results. With a response rate of 83 percent and an overall score of 8 out of 10, the survey indicates that the majority of employees are satisfied with their work, feel motivated, and experience strong support from both colleagues and management.

The employee survey is a key tool in the Tellus Group’s systematic work environment efforts. By conducting the survey twice a year, we gain valuable insights into our employees’ experiences and can identify areas for improvement, while also highlighting success factors and laying the groundwork for sustainable, long-term development across the entire Group.

Security, growth, and pride

The survey shows that the majority of employees feel proud of their workplace, that they are appreciated for their work, and that their skills are put to good use. Equal treatment, knowledge and professional development, as well as support from colleagues and managers, are some of the areas that received the highest ratings in this employee survey—approximately 8.5 on a 10-point scale.

The Tellus Group strives to be an employer where people find joy in their work and have the opportunity to grow. The survey serves both as confirmation of what is working well and as an important tool for continued development. The positive results inspire us to keep up the good work, while areas with room for improvement are addressed through further discussions and concrete actions.
