As people grow, so does the business

Expertise and Community

At Tellusgruppen, professional development is not primarily a course that you take and then return to your old work routine. Professional development takes place in close collaboration with business development. This creates a long-term perspective and mutuality that benefits both the organization and the individual. Skills can be effectively linked to the school or preschool’s profile and built and developed over the long term with the help of our own experts, external support, and peer learning.

In the Tellus Group’s employee survey, a majority of employees gave high ratings on issues related to skills and their own professional development within the company. This confirms that our approach to skills and development is appreciated and yields results.

Outdoor Education Program at our schools and preschools

At our schools and preschools within the Robinson concept, we operate on the fundamental principle that learning is long-lasting when it is based on experience. That is why we use experience-based learning, with many of these experiences taking place in and through nature. We want the children at our school to get to know nature and, in doing so, learn to appreciate it. We believe that people take care of the things they care about.

Robinsskolorna was founded in 1997 in Enköping and, following its acquisition by the Tellus Group, has expanded and now also operates a preschool and a school in Österåker. This means that employees with a particular interest in outdoor education will find their natural home here.

Here you’ll meet Martina, who works at one of our Robinson schools.
