Series TO3 warrants

Background and rationale

In connection with Tellusgruppen’s private placement of units during the fourth quarter of 2024 and an issuance of warrants to existing shareholders during the first quarter of 2025, a total of 2,294,874 Series TO3 warrants were issued. One (1) Series TO3 warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in Tellusgruppen AB at a subscription price of SEK 6.0 during the period from December 1, 2025, through December 15, 2025.
