Members of the Tellus Group’s board of directors and management are purchasing shares in the company

Tellus Group Chairman Thomas Gür and Acting CFO Victor Succo are increasing their shareholdings in Tellusgruppen AB (publ.).

Thomas Gür increased his stake by purchasing 15,000 new shares on February 28. Thomas Gür’s total shareholding now amounts to 92,000 shares and 7,700 warrants. Victor Succo, who will assume the role of acting CFO on March 1, purchased 16,000 shares on February 28. All new shares were purchased at market price.
