The subscription period for shares pursuant to Series TO1 warrants begins today

In connection with the Company’s listing on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market during the second quarter of 2021, the Company carried out a new share issue of 2,500,000 units. Each unit consisted of one (1) share and one (1) Series TO1 warrant. Each Series TO1 warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company at a subscription price of SEK 10.40. The exercise period runs through May 23, 2022. To prevent the warrants from expiring worthless, the holder must actively subscribe for shares no later than May 23, 2022, or sell the warrants no later than May 19, 2022.
Summary terms and conditions for Series TO1 warrants:
Validity period: May 9, 2022 – May 23, 2022.
Subscription price: SEK 10.40 per share.
Issue volume: 2,500,000 Series TO1 warrants. Upon full exercise of the Series TO1 warrants, the number of shares in the Company will increase by 2,500,000 shares, and the Company will receive SEK 26 million, before issue costs.
Last day of trading in Series TO1 warrants: May 19, 2022.
Share capital and dilution: If fully exercised, the share capital will increase by approximately SEK 124,600, from approximately SEK 624,600 to approximately SEK 749,200. Upon full exercise, the number of shares will increase by 2,500,000 shares, from 12,532,100 shares to 15,032,100 shares. The dilution upon full exercise amounts to approximately 16.63 percent of the number of shares and votes.
Please note that warrants that are not exercised by May 23, 2022, or sold by May 19, 2022, will expire and become worthless. To prevent your Series TO1 warrants from expiring, the holder of the warrants must actively subscribe for shares or sell their warrants.
