Last day of trading in unit rights in the Tellus Group

Today, January 17, 2025, is the last day of trading in the unit rights issued in connection with Tellusgruppen AB’s (“Tellusgruppen” or “the Company”) rights offering of units consisting of warrants, which was resolved by the Board of Directors on December 17, 2024, pursuant to the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting on June 12, 2024 (“the Rights Offering”). Unit rights that are not sold or exercised for subscription will expire worthless.

Summary of the rights offering:

  • Subscription period: January 8–22, 2025.
  • Trading in unit rights: January 8–17, 2025.
  • Preemptive rights: Each share held in Tellusgruppen as of the record date of December 30, 2024, entitled the holder to one (1) unit right; ten (10) unit rights entitle the holder to pay for and subscribe to one (1) unit.
  • Unit: Each unit consists of one (1) Series TO3 warrant.
  • Subscription price: SEK 0.01 per unit, equivalent to SEK 0.01 per warrant.
  • Proceeds from the offering: If the Rights Offering is fully subscribed, the Company will receive approximately SEK 16,000. If the Series TO3 warrants issued in connection with the Rights Offering are fully exercised, the Company may receive a maximum of approximately SEK 9.6 million before offering costs.
