“Food is one of life’s joys,” says Mimi Svanberg at the grand opening of the Tellusfood restaurant at Kungsgatan 22 in Linköping. The opening marks the start of Tellusfood’s initiative to expand its catering services to other sectors, including schools, senior care facilities, and staff cafeterias.

“Food is one of life’s simple pleasures! It should taste good, be fun, and serve as a pleasant break during the day where you can recharge your energy. It doesn’t matter if you’re three, fifteen, or 85 years old. That’s the message we want to convey to all our guests and customers,” says Mimi Svanberg, Marketing and Customer Relations Manager at Tellusfood.

The restaurant at Kungsgatan 22 is located right next to Tellusskolan Thea in Linköping and opened at the start of the 2024 school term. The restaurant serves as a cafeteria for students and a lunch spot for the general public. The food is prepared on-site by Tellusfood’s head chef, Marcus Hellberg.

“The restaurant is part of a comprehensive concept where we prepare and deliver food, and design dining areas and service kitchens. This may also include interior design, scheduling, and staffing,” says Bijan Fahimi, CEO of Tellusgruppen.
