CEO's comments
“We are entering 2022 with yet another year of strong growth behind us. Since 2019, the Tellus Group has grown by an average of approximately 45 percent per year. Maintaining this growth rate at the same level will not be an easy task going forward, but we have good reason to hope that growth will exceed our target of 30 percent in 2022 as well.”
Growth is not an end in itself, but rather a means of safeguarding the interests of the company’s most important stakeholders. Thanks to our strong growth, more parents and guardians are able to take advantage of our high-quality services in schools, preschools, and childcare.
A fast-growing company can offer higher quality through more and better support functions, more efficient systems, and better working conditions and career opportunities for employees. Financial stability increases as we have multiple sources of revenue. Long-term profitability improves due to the company’s growing synergies, which benefits our investors. In the long run, growth, quality, and profitability are mutually dependent.”
