Tellusgruppen AB (publ.) has been awarded the contract for "Native Language and Academic Tutoring" by the Municipality of Valdemarsvik

The Municipality of Valdemarsvik has announced the results of the procurement process for native language instruction and academic tutoring. Tellusgruppen, through its subsidiary Tellusskolan AB, has won the contract as the sole provider following a competitive bidding process.

“We know that a strong command of one’s native language enhances opportunities to develop both Swedish language skills and proficiency in other school subjects. That is why we are proud to become a provider for students in Valdemarsvik,” says Bijan Fahimi, CEO of the Tellus Group.
The Tellus Group’s goal is to reach the same number of teaching hours with municipalities as with independent schools within two years. This would mean doubling revenue from mother tongue-related instruction within two years.
