Tellusgruppen AB is bringing forward the publication of its interim report for the first quarter of 2022

Tellusgruppen was listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market on April 28, 2021. In connection with the listing of the Company’s shares, Series TO1 warrants were issued. The purpose of bringing forward the interim report is to provide investors with access to the complete financial information available to the Company prior to the exercise period for the warrants. Furthermore, the earlier release enables the exercise of the warrants by persons in senior management positions within the Company. The Tellus Group’s Board of Directors has decided to bring forward the publication of the interim report for the first quarter of 2022 from May 31, 2022, to May 13, 2022.
One (1) Series TO1 warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) share in the Company during the period from May 9, 2022, through May 23, 2022. The subscription price is SEK 10.40 per share. The total number of Series TO1 warrants is 2,500,000. Upon full exercise of all issued Series TO1 warrants, the Company will receive a maximum of approximately SEK 26 million.
The interim report for the first quarter of 2022 will be published and made available on the Tellus Group’s website www.tellusgruppen.noboxdesign.se on May 13, 2022.
