The Tellus Group acquires Danderyds Enskilda skola AB, increasing its revenue and strengthening its position in Stockholm

Tellusgruppen AB (publ.) has today entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Danderyds Enskilda skola AB. The acquisition includes the well-established operations of the elementary school Elevverket and the preschool Småbarnsskolan. The purchase price amounts to SEK 6.5 million and is financed entirely through existing cash reserves. The acquisition is expected to contribute approximately SEK 30 million in annual revenue to the Group, corresponding to growth of approximately 6 percent.

The Tellus Group is acquiring Danderyds Enskilda skola AB for SEK 6.5 million from the owners Cecilia Collman and Charlotte Engdahl.

Danderyds Enskilda skola AB operates a business characterized by high quality and a small-scale approach, which has resulted in a strong position with solid demand. Tellusgruppen intends to manage and further develop the operations while maintaining their current profile.

Through the acquisition of Danderyds Enskilda skola AB, the Tellus Group is continuing its growth strategy of adding stable units that offer high educational quality and strong local roots. The operations will be integrated into the Tellusskolan and Tellusbarn segments, respectively, with synergies in administration and central support functions.
