The Tellus Group Publishes Its Quality Report for 2023–2024
Published: September 25, 2024
Tellusgruppen AB (publ.) is publishing a quality report for the Tellusbarn (preschool) and Tellusskolan (elementary school) segments for the 2023–2024 school year. Thanks to its dedicated employees, the Group is delivering strong operational results. Parent ratings are consistently high, and employee satisfaction is good. The report highlights the work on Dialogic Book Reading in preschool—a development project that has been nominated for an award at an international research conference.
“Language development is one of the most important missions of preschool. We have participated in a research-based project to improve Swedish language instruction. Our preschool teachers have been trained in the ‘Dialogic Book Reading’ method. Our work has garnered international attention, and we were nominated for an award at a research conference,” says Bijan Fahimi, CEO of the Tellus Group.
Quality assurance efforts at Tellusbarn and Tellusskolan are carried out with the best interests of the children and students in mind. Every unit within both organizations is evaluated based on national standards, in the same way as all other schools in Sweden, including both public and independent schools.
“I’m proud of our excellent operations and our employees’ performance,” says Bijan Fahimi, CEO of the Tellus Group. “The report speaks for itself: we deliver high-quality services, even if they aren’t perfect. There are areas for improvement, but overall, we maintain a high and consistent standard across the board. That’s more than good enough.”
One of the key factors behind these results is strong leadership.
– “Present and supportive leadership within our operations is one of our key success factors,” says Bijan Fahimi. Leadership receives high ratings in the employee survey. We actively monitor and analyze the results because we know how important leadership is for both quality and employee job satisfaction.
