The Board of Directors of Tellusgruppen AB (publ.) has decided to postpone the company’s Annual General Meeting, which was scheduled for Wednesday, June 11, 2025, to June 18, 2025.

The reason for the postponement of the meeting is that the board needs more time to prepare certain matters.
