The Tellus Group takes over Danderyds Enskilda skola AB

Tellusgruppen AB (publ.) has, through its subsidiary Tellusskolan AB, today acquired all shares in Danderyds Enskilda skola AB, in accordance with the agreement announced on March 26, 2026. All conditions for the transaction have been met, including the customary approval from the Swedish Agency for Strategic Products (ISP).

The acquisition includes the operations of Elevverket and Småbarnsskolan in Danderyd. Effective as of the closing date, these operations will be consolidated into the Tellus Group and integrated into the Tellusskolan and Tellusbarn segments, respectively.

Danderyds Enskilda skola AB generated approximately SEK 30 million in revenue during the 2024/2025 fiscal year. The acquisition was financed using the Tellus Group’s existing cash reserves.
