The Tellus Group Launches Kentaur

In the spring of 2026, Tellusbarn will replace its existing external platforms with Kentaur, the Tellus Group’s in-house AI solution for education.

Kentaur is the result of several years of development work at Omnipro and is designed to streamline planning, administration, and educational documentation in preschools. The platform is based on modern AI technology and was developed in close collaboration with educators, school administrators, and researchers.

“We want to give our employees the best digital tools so they can focus on what matters most—the children and their learning,” says Bijan Fahimi, CEO of the Tellus Group.

Kentaur will be gradually rolled out to all Tellusbarn preschools during the spring semester. After that, the platform will be gradually introduced to schools and other operations within the Tellus Group.

The development of Kentaur is part of the Tellus Group’s long-term strategy to combine educational quality with technological innovation. By owning and developing the digital infrastructure in-house, the Tellus Group strengthens its margins, increases scalability within the group, and lays the groundwork for future licensing of the platform to external players in the education sector.
